If you have an Apple Watch there are two games but they are far from properly accessible.
Both of them are stepcounters and they are called Nomi and Tamewatch.
I learned to use those two by trial and error, but I do not recommend them.
There are the Baby Adopter games and I love those.

No they are not deleted after all. Can’t buy them on certain places, for example my location, so I thought they were gone.

In my location they don’t work for the baby adopter games I have one but I don’t like it
