Notifications in Dice World

I have Dice world installed on 2 devices but I only get notifications that I can do something on one of them. This has worked before. What does it depend on?
I have an Iphone SE and an Iphone 8. Both devices are updated to Ios 14.7.1 and I have the latest version of Dice world installed on both devices.

Hello!

I can't find the support room you reffer to. But I have reinstalled the game on the device and now I get notifications on the other but not on both devices.
