Possible IOS version of any Legend of Zelda games for Visually Impaired users?

iOS and iPadOS Gaming

Hello,
I'd like to know if there is any possible way visually impaired people could play any of the Legend of Zelda games on their iDivices? If not, I think I might have some ideas. please e-mail me at apiccinino@outlook.com for more on these ideas.
Thank you,
Ashleigh Piccinino
P.S. I'm thinking about either Ocarina of Time or a most recent game, Breath of the Wild--all games having The Legend of Zelda in front of their subtitles--.

Unfortunately they are all inaccessible. I know all the songs from there on ocarina but cannot actually play the games.
