Question 1: Why can’t I receive the email verification code?

Answer: We recommend selecting "Register with a self-created account", then setting up your username, password, and security questions. This method allows account creation without an email address.

Question 2: The game freezes immediately after launch.

Answer: Ensure you have downloaded the latest version of the game client. If you participated in beta testing but did not uninstall and redownload the final release, you may experience compatibility issues. If this doesn’t resolve the problem, click the feedback link below and provide your device details for further troubleshooting.

Question 3: The game randomly freezes in non-English language versions.

Answer: For Turkish, Vietnamese, Arabic, or Portuguese language versions: These translations are still undergoing final adjustments and will be officially released within 1-2 days. As a temporary fix, switch your phone’s system language to English and region to United States, then try the English version.

Question 4: I’m using the English version, but the game still freezes in certain scenarios.

Answer: Did you disable your device’s system screen reader after launching the game? Call of Fate includes a built-in screen reader. If swiping gestures (in any direction) are unresponsive, try turning off your system’s screen reader after entering the game. If the issue persists, submit your device details via the feedback link.

Question 5: Why isn’t my screen reader working properly?

Answer: If the screen reader malfunctions, adjust your phone’s system language and region settings to match the game’s supported configurations (e.g., set language to English and region to United States), then restart the game.

First of all, we want to sincerely thank you for all the incredible support, feedback, and encouragement you’ve shared with us throughout our open beta. Your voices have truly shaped the direction of this project, and we’re deeply grateful for your patience and understanding — especially with the one-week delay in our official release. During this extra time, we worked hard to bring you several important improvements: we’ve expanded multi-language support (now including English, Traditional Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Turkish, and Arabic), enhanced TTS compatibility for iOS, and optimized overall game stability. We’ll continue refining and enhancing the game experience in the days to come. To celebrate the official launch, we’ve also prepared plenty of exciting events and rewards — we can’t wait to see you in-game!
