I am having issues with not being able to flick to the right to scroll down a list. On various apps such as banking, shopping, and book lists, I can only scroll down to a certain point even though there are more on the list. Am I doing something wrong or is there a new gesture on IOs 9
or the 6s that I don't know about? I am trying to rule out the possibility that I may have a defective phone. I just purchased it last week. Thanks

Try 3 finger swipes up and down to move field forwardand back
In some fields, a single finger swipe will not cause the field to scroll. Try three finger swipes to move the field in the direction that you need. It is a bit of a pain, but it often works.
Power Off/On
Sometimes a simple power down and bring it back around does the trick.
swiping works for pages
Thank you, Morgan. I am aware of the swiping gesture. However, I would like to go down a list item by item. I was able to get someone to help me. He said it is because there is a pop-up on the screen and everything behind it is grayed out. he also thinks it probably is that the heading and the list is divided so the flicking will only bring me to the end of the heading. He says I may have to start at the bottom of screen and flick backwards. There is no way for me to know if there are any pop-ups on the screen without hearing it or vision.
Thank you, again. I appreciate your suggestion and help.
