Accessible blogging apps

Hello Everyone,
I am interested in starting a cooking blog. I am using my IPhone SE 2020 or my IPad mini. I would like some suggestions on easy to use apps for blogging from these devices. I have already tried word press and found it confusing. Any help would be appreciated.

The only one I know of is for the Mac and it's called Mars Edit. It is quite accessible. You might also want to check out this thread on AppleVis for a discussion of other bloggers. There may be iOS equivalents to these.
