By peter, 28 August, 2021 Forum iOS and iPadOS It used to be possible to include a recorded message in the mesages app using Voiceover. somehow in iOS 14.7.1 I can't figure out how to get to this option any more and make a recording to be sent via text. Any ideas or reminders? thanks. --Pete Options Log in or register to post comments Comments audio message The button appears if all recipients are using Apple. I didn't realize that all of the recipients needed to have iOS devices. I see now by checking several message threads that this is true and actually do see the "record" button when all of the recipients are on iOS. --Pete

Thanks for the reply. I didn't realize that all of the recipients needed to have iOS devices. I see now by checking several message threads that this is true and actually do see the "record" button when all of the recipients are on iOS.
