Hello,
I started using Spotify yesterday after a significant pause, like a year or so and noticed that adding and removing songs from playlist is not clear for me.
When I press "Add to playlist" button and double tap on a needed playlist it is stated as selected, however the song is not added to it.
The same thing happens when removing the song from a playlist.
I double tap on a playlist where the song is present, the selected state is removed but if I press close button and look again the song is still there.
How do I add/remove songs in playlist using "Add to playlist" button?
Thank you!

Done button
Hello,
You need to use the done button at the bottom of the screen rather than the close button to confirm, its because you can add and remove from multiple playlists at the same time basically.
There is no done button
There is no done button. There is create new playlist button at the bottom of the screen, clear all button at the top that disappears and appears randomly and back button which does nothing when pressed.
Now playing
Are you in the now playing screen when doing this, or the main interface?
Now playing screen
I am on now playing screen. It worked ages ago but now I cannot add or remove song from playlist on this screen.
Strange
I've been updating my playlists tonight with no issue, is there a way you could get me a screen recording over? I could have a look then? I have a done button right at the bottom of mine. Try tapping near the bottom with 4 fingers and see if it takes you to it?
No done button as well here but found a tem work around
When in the add to play list screen, make the necessary changes and turn off voiceover and swipe your finger from near the top of the screen downwards to dismiss the window with changes saved.
Donβt press the close button changes will simply not be saved if you do that
Hope my suggestion hells.
