Is there an accessible way to turn off a clock alarm when it is going off without unlocking your phone?

Try pressing one of the volume buttons.

Hi. If I'm not mistaken, the volume buttons put it on snooze. I think all you can do is unlock.

You have only two options. Unlock the phone, or turn off the snooze feature when setting the alarm. As was previously stated, pressing the volume buttons will snooze the alarm, but turning off the snooze feature for each alarm you set will allow you to push the volume buttons without unlocking your phone.
