About 5 years ago, I released an app called deyesfree. It was a simple apple watch app, for rolling dice.
And for what it was it worked. But under the hood it really couldn't do a lot.
Introducing Deyesfree 2.0! It is sleek, built to modern standards, and has both an IOS and Watch OS app.
Deyesfree is a tabletop RPG dice roller, designed for games like DND 5e. You can roll any number of dice, with any number of sides. This new version was designed to be a Mac and IOS version of GMA dice.
Features:
Roll any number of dice with any number of sides.
Presets: store up to 12 of your favourite combinations, rollable from a single tap on the main screen.
modifiers: add or subtract a certain number to your rolls.
history: a history of the last 50 rolls you've made this session, so you can go back and check on what you rolled before.
Hybrid voicing model: self voicing blends seemlessly with VoiceOver to make sure you get all the information without the two speaking over each other. VoiceOver handles all UI elements, while the self voicing portion speaks the results of rolls and action confirmations.
Extensive help screen: check the help screen for more info.
Shake / magic tap to reroll
Keyboard support: roll presets, custom rolls and more from a keyboard on IOS or mac. The keyboard scheme is detailed in the help section.
This is on the app store, but it is a free app. Nevertheless, if you run into any issues feel free to reach out.
