Announcing Weather and current location together with time?

As you know, whenever you unlock your iDevice, the current time is read out to you.
Is there maybe a setting or a tweek that will allow you to have the current temperature and/or weather condition, as well as your current location (e.g. based on your nearest cell tower) read out to you together with the current time whenever you unlock your device?
