I have my doubts that it will be accessible, but one can hope. I just picked up one of their new carbon composite and carbon fiber electrics, so I'm hoping the app will at least let me load settings. If nobody's used it I'll do a review, possibly a podcast if you can do anything with it, when it shows up.

Enya Music app with guitar.
So I got an Enya Nova Sonic for my birthday. See for example:

I need to play with the app more to see how much of it is accessible. You can edit presets, I haven't done that yet, it apparently has a drum machine, and you can use it to play backing tracks to play along to, not something I'm particularly interested in, ditto the drum machine, but obviously I'll try to check to see if it's accessible.
I will say you can at least change the default presets for the guitar. That's pretty basic stuff I'll grant you, but it's all I've messed with so far. But the basics of pairing and changing presets works. That at least means if you need sighted help to edit and save your own presets, once that's done, you can load them into the instrument, I'd assume so anyway.
Obviously I'm hoping more of it is accessible. I'm planning on doing a demo as soon as I get to grips with more of the app, getting decent audio for all of it, and figure out how you submit podcasts.
