Is it just me or does anyone still notice the bug when you hang up from a call voiceover will still sound as if the call is still there. I've noticed it from time to time but not as much as I did when the bug was first introduced.
IPhone 5s running 9.3.1

Sometimes

I still notice this bug sometimes, the way I have found to correct it is by going into the phone app and making another call, when you disconnect from that call it usually is fixed. Is there a quicker way of fixing it?
A slightly related bug I think, has anyone noticed on Iphone 6s plus when pressing the lock button, the call doesn't end as it used to do on my Iphone 5 or is this a change? Tried on both running latest software

I have noticed this and it does take Voiceover a second or to to come back. I've also noticed that sometimes after a call or something else that uses audio output that voice over starts to studder and I have to turn it off and on. I have a 6S with IOS 9.3.1.

I get this bug all the time since ios 9. It happens when others call me, not when i call them. I wrote to apple accessibility about it in october. No response. I tried again a couple weeks ago and they said they forwarded my note to the appropriate team. Still no real response. Others should write them too.

I actually don't have the issue as much anymore and when I do I simply reset the springboard. Hit the power button about 5 or 10 times and wait for phone to cycle. It's not a true reboot but it works.

Yes, sometimes there is a bit of a lag for voiceover to return to its normal audio channel instead of the phone audio channel, but there are really no negatives to this side effects so it doesn't bother me. I also experience a related bug . When I answer an incoming call my phone rings an extra time or two after the call has already connected. People on the other end can even notice it. I'm assuming this is voice over related. This one actually does bother me a little bit. In general, one of the areas were voiceover is the quirkiest is with what ought to be the core function of the device -- a phone. Go figure

The bug with the audio

The bug with the audio routing is more annoying for me. I have to call someone else and hang up before VO goes back to the regular speaker. Or the springboard trick above. I also get the ringing after the other person picks up. But not two or three rings. There is just one extended vibration that tells me I have picked up the call, but also makes a noise in the other person's ear. It's really annoying and unprofessional-sounding. I think this was introduced in iOS 9, and I like the idea, an alert to let me know that my two-finger tap has actually worked, which it sometimes doesn't. At least, I assume that's the idea. But they just don't have it down yet.
