app similar to rev voice recorder, but to go the other way?

Hello,
I currently use this app called rev voice recorder. What it does is you can record a passage of text, and press transcribe, and for a small fee humans will transcribe it and return it to you in text within 12 hours.
I was wondering if someone knew of a similar app but to go the other way? Many times there are books I want to read that are not available in audio from audible or bard, and I don't like reading books through text to speech. Of course I'd be willing to pay for the service, but I can't find a service like that at all. Does someone have any ideas? Thank you.
