Hi, I'm looking for an app that I can use to track my progress at the gym over time. I want to be able to log detailed stats everytime I visit the gym like my weight along with what exercises I'm doing i.e. treadmill, bicep curls etc and how long / how much weight. It would also be good to log heart rate say for treadmill exercises where they usually have heart monitors. Is there a free accessible app out there that can do this?
