The official NHL app supports this, and the audio streams are available for free. The only issue I have is that the button for accessing the audio feeds, which should be in the upper right corner, isn't always visible to VoiceOver, and I sometimes have to switch tabs before it appears.
I believe Tune In Radio also has NHL games, but I'm not sure if the streams are free or if you need to subscribe (it's been a long time since I last used the app).
We have Sirius in our truck so I usually just use the App for that since I have it anyway but if you don't have it I wouldn't recommend paying for it. I would probably go with the poster above and use the NHL App.
