Calls in iOS 15.6

Hello,
I know this has been discussed previously including prior iOS versions. I have an iPhone 11 with iOS 15.6. I have noticed that calls sometimes don't come through with the ringtone. I get the notification only that I have a missed call. I am using voiceOver. The focus/do not disturb mode is not on, and my phone is not on silent. Has anybody else noticed this?

Yes, I've had it. I think it's just a freak occurence. Well I have only one call like that, but maybe reboot the phone? I'm sure that's a dumb idea, but hey maybe it will get the glitch out or something.

I fixed the issue by changing my ring tone. I was missing every call until I changed my ring tone. I haven't had the guts to change it back yet. I don't want to miss any calls from family.
