Hey guys
I just discovered a bummer in the latest update to the facebook app. Durring a live video, voice over now becomes useless. That is, as soon as you dubble tap to watch the live video, voice over no longer reads the video controls or the place to write a comment, which worked in the previous version. I hope this is addressed in the next facebook update, I enjoy when my friends go live and being able to comment, please change it back!

O BROTHER!!
I'm having an issue with facebook update myself. Why is it that every time they update (especially lately!), that something ALWAYS gets screwed up with voiceover or something else withing Facebook?! GET IT TOGETHER FACEBOOK!!
The only thing I can suggest is deleting & reinstalling.
My problem is a bit more annoying! I can't like pages on facebook! I can like it in suggested pages. If I go to a page, & try to like it, I don't see jhe like button! GRRRR!!
I hate not being able to like pages either
If we're going to use the facebook app on our i devices we should be able to do everything that facebook provides. If it's not broken don't fix it, that's what I always say. How I get around the like page problem, at least for now, is to use the facebook moble page on my compurer in the browser. I find it clean and to the point with alot of things. My hope is that since facebook updates th app every few weeks that these accessability bugs are fixed. Is there anyone i can contact at facebook to tell them about these problems with the app? I really want them to be fixed
Facebook event invites
I can't invite people to a Facebook event. WHen I click invite, my app freezes.
liking a page
hi. besides clicking directly on the like button in the post have you tried doing it via the magic tap? when you are on a post don't open it, double tap with 2 fingers instead, this should open a menu with several options, like should be one of them. I hope this will work for you.
Facebook Accessibility
I am in agreement with all of these issues and more while using the Facebook app and Voiceover. We are not alone! If you go to the "Facebook Accessibility" page, they recently posted (Dec 6) about how they are sharing their approach to accessibility with LinkedIn. Well, that encouraged many responses in the comments about all the things that are Not working and things that have worked in the past and stopped working after an update. They received many offers for software testers but I did not see any response from Facebook to take up those offers. Kevin responded that he would pass the info on to the team and provided the link to the form to report problems. We are all familiar with the form! Maybe the more people respond directly to that post, since it got Kevin's attention, the more they will realize how many features we do NOT have access to!
