Has anyone else had this problem, I am able to search on Amazon, I am able to find the item, once I click on the item VoiceOver becomes unreadable. I can open the listing for that item after that I can’t seem to navigate at all. On the website, and also on the Amazon application. I tried this on an iPhone 13 pro max running iOS 15, on an iPhone 8 plus running iOS 14. And also on an iPad Air fourth generation running iOS 14. Contacted Amazon they tried everything that they could do to help nothing seems to fix the problem. Could it be an iOS VoiceOver issue? Thank you
Maybe It could just be my husband partnering with Amazon so I can stop shopping lol. thanks for the help in advance

My husband is cited, and told me that when VoiceOver is turned on the page becomes blank, if VoiceOver is off he can see the listing. Has anyone else had this issue

Yup, I'm having the same problem while running the latest iOS on my 2020 iPhone SE. On the app, I can search for items but when selecting a search result, the page comes up blank. When I try opening an item page in Safari, the page keeps re-loading while VoiceOver sends out error messages. First noticed this issue on Saturday, thought it might be a bug with the specific item I was looking at. Hope it gets fixed ASAP.

Hi,
I have the same problem. A workarround for me is to request the desktop version of amazons webpage before clicking on a search result.

Thank you I appreciate it. Also one of the commenters left the phone number to call and speak with accessibility at Amazon. I am going to do that now, they are also suggesting to use the desktop version will give that a try right now.
I called Amazon this morning not there accessibility number I called the customer service number and they had me delete the app and reinstall it, turn off my Wi-Fi router and turn it back on, but nothing happened.

I've been always saying that Amazon is too accessible! LOL. So sounds like I have to change that? Smile!

Yup. Same exact problem. Blind people sure spend enough money on Amazon, it should be worth their while to keep it working for us.

Thanks for saying it was happening in 14.8 as well. When I was on with Apple and they were taking logs for the Siri issue about when you tell it to find a business and say call it, it won't do it, I told them about this little Amazon problem. At the time I thought it only affected users of 15X. But now I know it's 14.8 as well. So the problem must stem from a change they made in the app. So it is incumbent on Amazon to fix the problem! Keep the pressure on. The app is flat unuseable this way.

Like the subject says, I'm not having a problem using the Amazon app. I can search for products and tap on any of them to view the description or to purchase. I'm in Canada so I'm using Amazon Canada. I'm also running the iOS 15.1 RC beta. I don't know if either one of these things make a difference but I just wanted to include all info. You never know what variable might make the difference.

It was slightly bad yesterday but today it is much worse! You’re simply unable to buy things on Amazon through VoiceOver on the iPhone. Can anyone else buy them on any other platform? We need to find out how widespread this is.
