Cannot change photo of apple ID

Hello,
I want to change the photo of my apple id. I tap my name on settings, then tap on the photo. Then I tap open galery and choose the photo that I want to use. Then it asks me to chose an emoji and memoji, but I want to leave them at default, but cannot find any done or confirm buttons. Even navigating this screen with swipe gesture seems to be impossible. I have to navigate using explore by touch. Aynway, there seems to be no done or confirm buttons, even if I tap the recommended emojis or memojis, it doesn't seem to do anything. I can only access and tap the "tap to dismiss popup" button.
I can ask this by emailing apple accessibility if need be, but I'm not sure.

If you turn on screen recognition, maybe it will find the confirm button. Also, have you held down your finger when selecting and either slid all the way left and let go, or, just let go after the triple tap. If none of that works, the best thing to do is have a sighted friend or family at least see what you're doing, maybe they can describe where it is, so you can turn off voice over and touch the right spot. Lastly, if you have AIRA or know of it, I'm sure that works in the five minute free call aspect. I don't know if Be My Eyes would be the same, actually don't know of either service being able to do this, but I recommend AIRA only as they have trained NDA signed paid describers whereas well meaning as Be is, I just am not comfortable. Plus unsure if it's still like this, there was quite a language issue back when I used it. Sorry i don't have the magic answer.

Hello,
The screen recognition unfortunately does nothing on that screen, it doesn't seem to even see the controls. Aera isn't an option, because I don't live in the US.
My best bet is for now to ask a sighted person for now, but It's not an urgent issue really, so I'll just wait for more advice.

If you are in UK New Zealand, Australia, Canada I think, that's all. Be My Eyes might be better though as I said, unless it's changed, you might have a language issue to deal with. sorry I didn't help more. Wish I could've.

Is Be my Eyes available in Turkey? I don't know but if you haven't looked, maybe you could? If you have and it isn't, I'll just wave and head out. :)
