Hi.
I'm looking for an accessible way to compress video I've recorded on my iPhone. I've just recorded a video that is over 30 minutes long for a video podcast I produce. I am now uploading it to YouTube and am not even sure if it will "fit" as it is over 3 GB.
Is there a way to compress videos straight from the iPhone either natively or via an accessible app? If the latter is the case, what app(s) would you recommend for this? (I'm really not looking for anything else but to compress video, no other bells-and-whistles, if I can avoid it.)
If there is no native and/or accessible way to compress iPhone video on the iPhone itself, is there any (preferably FREE) software out there where I can do it on a Windows PC? (I have Windows 7.)
Thanks.

You don't need to compress
You don't need to compress the video file. As long as you have verified your YouTube account, you can upload that video as it is.
Thanks so much for the info,
Thanks so much for the info, though I would still like to compress as it takes like 10 hours to upload vids from iPhone.
