Copy text using Safari

hello everyone! I can not copy text in Safari using the touch movements. The text is selected, but when I look in the rotor the option to edit and copy, edit the option does not appear. Also I could not select with the Apple keyboard. I have an iphone 5c with iOS 8.1.3, and even iOS 7 did not work. Is this a bug?

Hi there. After selecting text, double tap quickly and hold for about 3 second and lift your finger. Then use 1 finger swipe or drag finger to find the copy button and double tap on it. After that, the selected contents will be at the clipboard and you're ready to paste it anywhere.
