creating a shortcut to open a radio app.

I have an iPhone SE running 18.7. I am trying to make a shortcut to open a radio app on my phone, open a list of on-demand programs, and select a specific program. Is this possible, and how do I do it? The shortcuts app doesn’t make sense to me.
