determining Audible book‘s over all progress

I have a very quick question regarding the audible app.

is there an easy way with voiceover to determine the overall progress completion of the book which I am currently listening to? it appears that I am able to see how much time is remaining in the current chapter, which, isn't always accurate. Audible does really weird things with how it marks up chapters. But anyway, that's for another discussion entirely. so, yeah. I see how to determine that, but not the overall percentage, or how much time is remaining in the entire book. Maybe I'm missing something here, but was just curious, if anyone has any idea, or may be a trick to figure this out.

Is the miniplayer open?

I'm using the current version of the Audible app and if I swipe down (right) to the scrubber control, Voiceover speaks the time elapsed and remaining in the current chapter. If I swipe right once from the scrubber control, Voiceover speaks the remaining time for the entire book along with the speed. Is this what you're wanting? I haven't found the elapsed time for the entire book, but I haven't gone looking for that since it doesn't much matter to me. The remaining time is sufficient for me.

Yes, it is possible

Yes, it is possible to determine both how far you have progressed through a book by percentage, as well as the amount of time remaining in the book overal. The best way I have found to do this as a long time VO user and frequent Audible listener is to go to your library and simply move focus onto the desired book in your library list. This works for all of my books I am currently reading, and states finished for completed titles. HTH

I do the same though I don't use audible frequently as I don't have an active membership.
