The developer has put a lot of effort in it's polish and finer points as far as accessibility goes. I have been using the beta, and I don't know if the public version has hit the app store yet. When it is on the app store, it will be a must have for any blind iOS user who wants to enjoy reddit on their mobile device. The app should be out soon and if you use reddit it will be worth getting. Dystopia @KE7Zum, Dystopia is a Reddit client, which is very accessible with VoiceOver. It's layed out very nicely and the devs are committed to making it as accessible as possible. It's very good and if you are a Reddit user, it's recommended to get it once it hits the App Store.
