Do apps open slowerin iOS 26?

I've noticed it takes about 4 to 5 seconds to open apps on my new phone. I have iPhone 17 standard. I have lots of free memory. I have the latest updates to iOS 26. I don't remember it taking so long for apps to open in iOS 18 or earlier. Any suggestions or observations?
I upgraded from iOS 13 to a brand new phone at the beginning of the year. I do not remember apps opening so slowly before on my older phones. I don't have that iPhone 13 now so I can't test it to compare.
