Documentation Needed to Learn to use Braille Editor App

Hello.
I have the chance to teach Braille and am hoping to use the Braille Editor app to create handouts for my students. I am hoping to be able to type in uncontracted braille and emboss hard copies as needed. I downloaded the app, but it is unclear to me how I should go about using the app. I am blind and am not sure what I'm supposed to be finding onscreen when the app opens up. Is there accessible documentation or a podcast I can use to help me learn to use Braille Editor? It sound really promising, and I can't wait to try it.
