I’ve been struggling with some of the inaccessible podcast apps and from this thread decided to try Downcast. Much better than the others. It definitely works well on my iPad Air 4 with 14.4.1. It is so much more functional and easy to use with some features I’ve been hoping for. Very glad got it.

Yes, Downcast does work on iOS 14. I've been happily using it for many iOS versions now.
