Does GoodMaps Explore (or anything else) give aisle/item-level directions inside a store, or just general venue routing?

Hi all — I’ve been researching indoor navigation tools for blind/low-vision users and came across GoodMaps Explore, which looks great for routing through mapped venues generally.
I’m trying to understand a more specific gap: has anyone used GoodMaps (or another app) to get guided all the way to a specific item or aisle inside a store — like “aisle 7, second shelf” — versus just getting you to the general area or entrance?

A few questions if you’ve used it or something similar:

• Does it get you item-level, or just room/section-level?

• If you know an item’s aisle number (e.g. from a store’s app), is there anything that then guides you the rest of the way there without a human on a call?

• What’s actually missing for you in that “I know the aisle, now what” moment?

Trying to figure out if there’s a real gap here worth building for, or if this is already solved well enough.

Appreciate any real experience. Thanks for reading this far!
