Double beeps with dictation

I swear that siri and dictation used one beep to start, one to stop. As of this morning, out of nowhere, it double beeps on Siri and dictation. I kind of want the old sound back. I don't think I can do anything about it, it just struck me as odd. I am not running the beta just the IOs 15.6 or whatever the version is.

Can you reboot yrou device, closing all apps before you do so just to be sure something didn't glitch? I think I also remember the double beep but really have not paid any attention to it.

Thanks but I did close everything rebooting it. It's just, weird. Kinda annoying, but kinda not.

I think the single beep is all you get now with the new iOs 15.5 update. Mine is single, has been for about a year now. I'm just used to it.

For some reason it just started doing that. I restarted the phone and all is back to normal. Weird.
