Hi, guys.
So I'm unbelievably frustrated the farmington bank mobile app for iOS is not accessible with VoiceOver. When you swipe, VoiceOver says button, over and over again. Granted, I could do my banking online, but why should I have to when others do it on their smartphones? Are any of you experiencing this issue? I think we should write to farmington bank and politely suggest how they might go about putting proper labels on those buttons so VoiceOver can describe them to the user.

The Farmington Bank Mobile App Is Not Accessible With VoiceOver!
Maybe, after contacting Farmington Bank, and not getting the response you want; if your area has any JPMorgan Chase institutions, you should switch to Chase! There mobile banking app is totally accessible! Almost every button is labeled. I have, after a sighted person showed me which side of a check was which, and showed me where to indorse the back of it, I took it to another area of my home, properly took the pictures of both sides of the check with the app, followed all steps as instructed; and successfully deposited my check! Chase Bank even provides my Credit Card statements in Grade 2 Braille! I am a total, and am now using an iPhone 6S.

Chase
I second Chase's accessibility. Heck, I don't have Chase in the area in which I live now and I still use them. I got pulled in when Washington Mutual got bought out by Chase and, though I've since moved and am no longer near a branch, I've stuck with Chase anyway for two reasons. First, my account terms are so good that I'd be a fool to give it up and second, their mobile app is just incredible. I haven't lived near a Chase branch in two years, and have never had any trouble continuing to bank with them.
