Getting to the Bottom of Apps

So, obviously, there is a quick way to navigate to the TOP of screens such as app screens by double-tapping the status bar. However, is there an easy way to navigate to the *bottom* of screens such as app screens without having to scroll via the conventional way all the way down to the bottom?

4-fingered tap?

I'm not quite sure what you are looking to do, but the 4-fingered tap might be your friend. Do this near the top of the screen and it will move VoiceOver focus to the first element on the page. Do this near the bottom of the screen and focus goes to the last element.

All that does for me is say "top of screen" whether I tap at the top or at the bottom.

The only way I know is to turn off speech and then do it to finger flick down.
