Going back to the beginning of a book in kindle for iOS is going to drive me to drink, help!

Hi,
No matter what I do, I can't get back to the beginning of the book in kindle. I fell asleep with continuous reading on, and even if I click on the chapter in the contents, it doesn't go back. Why not? And is there a way to restart the book?

I just tried this, and it took a couple of attempts before I got the thing to do what I want. If you can't make it work, I'd first use the app switcher to close kindle, re open and try again. If that didn't work, I'd probably reboot the device.

Even when it does work, thanks to the cursor focus bug it can be a nightmare to try and get where you want to go in a Kindle book.

Definitely restart the app, then double tap anywhere that's not a link (any title in the "also by this author" section is a link) to bring up the book actions menu. From in there, I think to the upper left corner, right next to "close book" so it's as inconvenient for everyone as possible, there should be a menu that brings up a table of contents. Also try turning Voiceover off and back just in case; sometimes it gets a bit weird and needs a quick restart.
