By kevinchao89, 9 June, 2021 Forum iOS and iPadOS I've seen talks of Spatial Audio, but curious if anyone has had a chance to try High-Resolution Apple Music on iPhone? Options Log in or register to post comments Comments High Resolution on iPhone Hi. I get the highest fidelity sound on my iPhone from Tidal and from Movies Anywhere, not from Apple Music. I imagine you can get it from Apple Music, but listening to any sound on your iPhone, no matter how high a fidelity, is limited to the weakest link, which is the iPhone speakers. I seriously doubt you could hear a difference between Spotify quality fidelity versus Tidal loss less fidelity on an iPhone. The iPhone speakers just aren't that good, not by a long shot. However, if you airplay your sound from your iPhone to a compatible high fidelity sound system, you will get a MUCH higher quality sound. I often airplay loss less movies and music from my iPhone to my home theatre system. smile Hope this helps. Bruce You mean spacial audio? Hi Kevinchao: There's another post in the forum on the Home Page about this. I think you are referring to Apple Music's spacial audio.
