HBO Max: Selecting a Plan

Greetings.

I just downloaded the HBO Max app and was intending to subscribe to it there.

However, I am having a problem selecting a payment plan using VoiceOver.

I am trying to go with the plan with ads, and I double-tap where it says that and then tap the select plan or whatever button at the bottom and nothing happens.

Please help me with this.

I actually subscribed to HBOMAX just yesterday! I had a similar issue, but I wasn’t even taken to a page where I could choose a plan through the app. I ended up using and subscribing to HBOMAX through Safari. Once I created my account and paid, I just signed in to the app with the login credentials and everything seem to work fine. Admittedly it’s a strange interface but everything seems to be accessible thus far. Hope this helps.
