Can anyone tell me how to set things like birth date, sex, and blood type?

Hi CJackson: I'm having the same problem. Today, when I received a tip about adding emergency stuff to the Health App, I too could not figure out how to add information.

I think you click on the button that says something like "My Profile" that appears at the beginning of each tab. I haven't done this myself, or at least not yet. I found out how to track my steps though, including climbing stairs. But I've been wondering about all the other stuff. It seems like some of it will only work if you have the Apple Watch paired to your iPhone.

The only thing is that you must carry your phone on your person in order for the activity to be recorded into the health app. Just easier to set up an Apple Watch, instead.
