Try deleing the music app, sign out, restart your phone, and then sign back into the App Store, settings > Apple ID and download it again.

I've not tried the beta this time around, the issue with bricking HomePods, which I know is a very different product, has left me sketchy on the whole thing. Considering there are bugs on official releases for us, I can't expect the beta to be any better, in most cases worse. Pluse, I just don't think IOS 15, aside from the share play or whatever that is called which will be great for us watching audio described stuff with other people in the room, is that interesting.

Install the other player like nPlayer.
And you will be happy listening to any music without limitations.

Assuming original poster wants to use the Apple Music Service, if this alternate program only plays local files, then this suggesttion may not be very helpful.
