Help, voice memos missing

best wishes apple user. I have a file of voice memos. but an earlier file that I have disappeared. Why is that?

Hi. Are you saying that a file you saved in the voice memos app is missing, or are you saying that the voice memos app is suddenly missing? also what iDevice are you using? iPhone? iPad? iPad mini? there are so many things we don't know that it's impossible to answer at this point.

Are you still saying the app

Are you still saying the app is gone? Or a file? If it is a file and it's gone, you cannot recover it. You probably hit edit and swiped down by mistake on that file and hit delete. Be more careful next time. This is why I don't ever use voice memos. It's too rootamenentary for my needs and is no longer necessary due to the fact there are better recorders out there.
