1. I want to disable a specific category of notification from apps. For example, a certain ride booking app often sends me promotional notifications, I wanna stop them, but keep the ride updates notifications coming. I've seen this possible on Android, is it possible on IOS?
2. I have work apps installed via managed device policies. However, outside of work hours, I wanna completely shut down those apps, short of uninstalling them. On Android, there would be a complete seperate tab for work apps, and I could just go there and click on Turn off work apps button. On IOS, I've tried focus mode, but, it's not same as completely turning off the apps, those work notifications still keep coming, in a collapsed form to my notification center. I want them completely off, without completely uninstalling those apps. Is that possible?
Highly apreciate any help.

In response to the second question
Focus settings do let you hide entire pages of apps so you can move all work-related apps to a separate page. You can also allow and disallow notifications from certain apps.
