Can I transfer these documents using iTunes and how do I do that? I have tried this already in the documents show up on my computer in iTunes, but I can’t get t..,hem to transfer into my documents file on my computer. Please help

make sure your documents are in app that supports file sharing. After connecting your phone to your laptop, go to filesharing apps, and once you have located the documents, there should be two buttons. Save, and... I don't rember what was the other one. Press save, and then if I remember well, a dialog should pop up as normal asking where to save the files to. Select the location and press save. Hope this helps
