how to transfer voice memos from a windows machine to mac.

Hello there. This is on behalf of a friend of mine. They have both a windows machine and mac, for now. If they want to move their phone from windows to mac they will loose all voice memos and they don't want that. Is there a way to prevent that? I mean keep the same structor but not loose the voice memos when doing that first synch on the iOS device on the mac? Take care all.
