iOS 13 voice control

So my friend has a 6S and as for my post yesterday about her not using voiceover in the middle or the top of the screne, voice control in iOS 13 caught my attention. Since she relies heavily on Siri to read messages and stuff, would voice control work and how is it used exactly?

I tried VC on my 6S today and it works amazingly.
you can tell Siri to switch on voice control.
do listen to the applevis podcast on voice control, it'll help you.

I did it for a suretime but I turn it off. If you are using an app VC comes up and tries to give you hint which I do not want. I do have hints off in my voiceover but comes on VC.

The thing I'm wondering about is will it answer calls? Can you say answer call and it will answer it?
