iOS 14 Folder Labeling Bug

VoiceOver on iOS 14 has arbitrarily re-labeled some of my iPhone folder names. If I open the mislabeled folder, VoiceOver reads the correct folder name. If I close the folder and navigate around my Home Screen, VO reads the mislabeled folder title.

I have also created a new folder titled "Browsers". As I navigate around the Home Screen, VoiceOver now puts the word "Browser" in front of many of my Home Screen folder names. If I flick down to the page number on my Home Screen, VoiceOver will read "Browser Page 1 of 2".

Any ideas? Have shared this with Apple as well. Thanks

I also have had this problem for a long time. All of my folders on my device acts this same way. It is super annoying to have 3 folders named the same, and when you try to rename them to something different, they all get changed to the new name. I have researched this and have found no solutions. I am running IOS 26.5 on an iPhone SE 2nd Gen.
