If you want to report something to apple, then you can email "[email protected]". I think you can also report bugs using feedback centre but I'm not sure how you do that on iOS - maybe someone else can help there if it's something you want to do.
But I would encourage you to report everything as the more noise they get the more likely they are to fix things.

I thought that was only for beta as I don't see that on my phone but maybe things have changed? Did they include it in public?
