iPad OS 26?

Hi all,
I have heard that IPad OS has significantly changed with IOS 26. Where can I find the information about accessibility changes for IPad OS?
I am thinking of Menu bar like behaviour of the OS, multitasking changes and so on!
Also, how about text edit or similar word processing app for IPad?
