iPhone 4 running iOS 7.1.2 unable to log into my apple id or exit from iCloud without turning off find my iPhone

Hi all.

I am so worried, I don't know how it happened, but I am unable to log into my appleId, or erase my phone from iCloud.

I attempted to reset it, but I HAVE TO TURN OFF FIND MY IPHONE 1st.

If anyone has iTunes, could you please eMail me and assist me?

All I need to do, is log into my apple id, and turn off find my iPhone and deregister my iPhone from my account.

This is desperate, Please help me!!!!.
