When you restarted your phone, had you had any problems with it previously? Like, had VoiceOver stopped speaking, so you restarted the phone in hopes that it would solve the issue? Most times I've found that charging it does help. Also, is it possible that you don't have the accessibility shortcut set so that VoiceOver comes on when your phone restarts? Have you had a sighted person confirm that your phone does in fact not turn on? My thought is that the phone might actually be on but VoiceOver simply isn't talking, or the volume of VoiceOver may have been turned down so low that you aren't able to hear it. Lots of possibilities to explore here.

As said in the last comment, there are a number of possibilities.

One thing to check is if the iPhone is acknowledge by iTunes when connected to a computer. If it is, the device is powered on, but Voiceover is not speaking.

The iPhone 6 also has a strange issue where it can get randomly stuck in headphone mode, where it routes audio through imaginary headphones. One thing to check is if Siri responds when you press and hold the home button. This is because Siri always routes through the device's main speaker, regardless of any external audio devices. If this is the case, Voiceover will most likely speak with headphones plugged in.

To resolve this, make sure your phone is unlocked and disconnect and reconnect the headphones 5 to 10 times. You may also want to ensure that there is not an excess of debris in the headphone jack, as it has been known to trick the device into thinking there are headphones plugged in.

Well, when I flicked the mute switch, it didn't vibrate lieke it should. I have voiceover on, I just got it wet and I had to fix the speaker because rice was in it.

Anyway so when I tried restarting it, it wouldn't come on. Even when I connect the charger, it just doesn't turn on, neither it does the 2 vibrates that it does. I really need help with this, since I just got it fixed yesterday. I have it running the beta running iOs8.4.

I just took it yesterday, and they said they thought it was jailbrokn, witch is wrong. I just updated to the iOs8.4 beta just so I can try it out.

And now my phone won't turn on? Wow just wow. It is not restarting. I had a Wifi problem, it was so slow. So that is why I had to restart it, and now it isn't turning on.

First of all you're using iOS 8.4 beta, which isn't officially supported yet, so it's pre-release software. You should understand that going into this. You will probably have to connect your iPhone to the computer, and put the phone in DFU mode, which will restore the iPhone to factory defaults, if the iPhone is even recognized to begin with. Hopefully you didn't completely brick your device. it's also generally a good idea to not get your phone wet, and keep it as far away from food as is humanly possible.

Oh great. Is there a way to fix a bricked phone? Just great. I can't connect, because my Mac didn't read it. Now what do I do?
I don't know what to do because it isn't connecting.

The only other thing you might try is putting the device into DFU mode:

1. Connect the iPhone to the computer.
2. Hold down the Home and Lock/Sleep-Wake buttons together for 10 seconds.
3. Release the lock button but continue holding the Home button for another 10 seconds.
4. If your phone connects to your computer, restore it to iOS 8.3. Do not attempt to re-install the beta of iOS 8.4...beta software is beta software for a reason.

If your phone still doesn't connect, then I think the Apple Store is again your best bet.
