issue with voiceover and typing

Hi all, I am writing to you on behalf of a friend of mine, who is having trouble with her iphone SE 3rd generation, everytime she types something no matter what ap she is in it won't show the keyboard, the keyboard comes up visually, but it doesn't always show up with voice over and it won't let her type properly, it also overwrites what she has written if she tries to look at what she has written, even just by touching the screen, it doesn't matter what typing she is using either, whether its standard, touch typing mode or whatever, she took it to apple they couldn't find anything wrong so they said to ring the apple accessibility line and they did a couple of diagnostics and now, her phone won't even let her put in her passcode or do her finger print to get into the phone after its been restarted at the advice of apple, she has also reset the phne and the keyboard several times as she has heard about people having the same problem without any luck. could you please let either adelle mackean at the email addres [email protected] or myself Kristy Stichter at the email address [email protected] know i anyone has any idea we could try, tank you in advance, Kristy stichter
