Issues with Braigo app

Hi, I'm facing some issues with the Braigo app since the last few days. Trying to open an uploaded image gives me internal server error stating the request timed out in 10000 MiliSeconds. I tried logging out and logging in, but unable to login now due to the same error. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, the result is similar- still unable to login with the same error. Please help. Thanks

Hi. I'm having the same issue too. I've emailed jhe founder, and as far as I know, they're still working on it. I'd've thought they'd have it fixed, but apparently they're having some MAJOR ISSUES! I'd go to the website, click on meet the team and you'll find the founder's email address and you can email him there.

In the meantime, I'm using another OCR. app. I'll post a link in another post, because it's on this website. It's not as good as Braigo, but it's a good app to use temporarily until Braigo gets the issue resolved. You're noj alone, I'm just as frustrated as you are!

Thanks Dawn for the update and the alternate app for temporary usage. Could you also let me know how do I search for this app on the app store? I don't have iTunes for a direct download hence the query.

Are folks generally opposed to paying for an app like this? I've seen lots of complaints on Braigo, and there are computer vision APIs out there that I've considered utilizing to create my own superior version of this, but I'd have to charge monthly to cover the costs of the back-end.

There are a number of things it could be doing better (aside from not crashing), but I need to gauge if it would be viable to do so.
