Linksys accessibility

By Edward Louie, 26 March, 2020

iOS and iPadOS

I just updated my Linksys Wi-Fi app, after I updated the app, I’m not able to enter in my username and password or my router password. What should I do? When I contacted Linksys support on Twitter they keep asking me to reboot my router and it’s no problem with the router is only the problem with the app can anyone help in this form? I don’t think Linksys understands what voiceover is. I currently need to change a lot of Wi-Fi settings because my Wi-Fi speeds are dropping. And there’s no way to do it without the Linksys app.

This may help you out. Skip all the steps except #6, if you can connect a computer to the wifi already. If you cannot connect a computer to the wifi you may need to reset your router or use an Ethernet cable.

I started using the Linksys app in 2020 and still use it now. Was using it earlier today in fact, and it's accessible but not perfect. A trick is to not use swipe gestures to navigate too often, rather explore by touch.

The email and password field need to be double-tapped a few times before they work properly. This is because they use direct touch. Logging in is pretty much the hardest thing to do though, once you're in you're good.
